Twitter Card Meta tags are the social media meta tags for Twitter. The meta tags help you to make your blog URL attractive on the social media network. For Example, When you share your blog post on social media then it shows in this format as shown in the image below--
As you can see in the above image when I post my blog on twitter, it doesn't look nice but after applying for the Twitter Card, See how it looks in the image below.
The important thing is that if you had already added the Open Graph Tag of Facebook you just need to add basic tags because Twitter can easily fetch the data from open graph tags.
If you already added the Open graph tag
Then, follow the steps:
1. Login in to your Blogger account and go to settings and then open Edit HTML.
2. Click anywhere in Template settings and press Ctrl+F and search <Head>
3. Add the given code below the head tag <Head>
As you can see in the below image...
4. Replace your-name with your name or a blog title.
5. Click on Save Theme.
