How to setup the Custom Domain on new Blogspot Blogger 2020

If you are new to blogging and want to start blogging but don't know how to set the custom domain to your website. First of all, when you start your blog on blogspot.com You will get free domain by blogspot like www.keyword.blogspot.com and want to change by your custom domain www.keyword.com.

I will show you step by step that how you can Setup your Custom Domain in New Blogger 2020.

How to setup custom Domain on New Blogger

First of all you need to do one thing just open your blogger and click on the setting tab and then in the settings you find Publishing tab, in this tab you find two option one is Blog address i.e Your blogspot domain and the other is custom domain- Click on Custom domain and enter your custom domain.

The question is that from where you will get the custom domain.

Well, there are many websites which provides you the domain such as Godaddy, Wix, bigrock, onlydomains, hostinger etc. But I highly recommend you to buy your custom domain from godaddy.  My domain provider is also Godaddy.

If you want to buy from Godaddy then firstly Signup your account with your id and then search your domain in the Godaddy site and buy then buy it.

After that click on the custom domain and enter your domain in it the You will see this message.

After this step you have to enter the CNAME like given in the above image you don;t enter the image CNAME , you have to enter your own CNAME which is shown in your page. Go to the my accounts and there you find the three dots clicks on the dots and then click on Manage DNS. 

After clicking on the DNS this page is shown to you.

See in the above page ADD tab, click on that tab and add the Cname which was shown in the blogger setting. Enter your CName.

The above popup will open to fill the details of CNAME 

After adding both record then you have to wait for 30 minutes. 

After all the steps when your page is redirect www.keyword.blogspot.com to www.keyword.com. Then click on the HTTPS redirect , it will redirect you to HTTP TO HTTPS. After all the setting  click to view your blog and see the domain name.These are the step which you have to do for setup the custom domain for your new Blogger.
