There are few steps which you need to follow---
1. Firstly, log in to your blogger account and Click on the Themes.
2. In the Themes, Click on the 3 dots and then click on edit HTML.
3. In the 2nd line of HTML, you find <!DOCTYPE html>
4. Add the Given code just above the <!DOCTYPE html>
